Introduction
January 1 marks the start of a new year, but it also holds a special significance for mental health awareness with the Little Things Mental Health Campaign. This campaign was started in 2018 by a group of students at the University of Warwick to encourage people to take small steps towards improving their mental well-being. It's a reminder that even little things can make a big difference when it comes to self-care and managing our mental health. So let's kick off the new year by prioritizing our mental well-being and spreading positivity and support for those around us.
