Get ready to celebrate Women's Month in the Philippines on March 1! This month-long celebration is dedicated to honoring and recognizing the contributions of women in society, as well as raising awareness for gender equality. It all started in 1988 when former President Corazon Aquino declared the first week of March as Women's Week. Since then, it has evolved into a month-long celebration with various events and activities that empower and celebrate women from all walks of life.
