October 11 marks an important day in history- Black Girl Day Off! This celebratory day was created to honor, empower, and recognize the achievements of black women around the world. On this special day, it is important to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life to reflect on how far we have come as a society and community. In addition, it is also a great opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of female trailblazers who have blazed a path for others to follow.
