It's time to celebrate World Farm Animals Day on October 2! This day was created in 1979 to recognize and honor the vital role that farm animals play in our lives and our environment. From providing us with food, to helping us with soil fertility, to providing companionship and entertainment – these animals do it all. This day is also a great way to take a moment and appreciate these amazing creatures, who have been living alongside us for centuries.
