It's time to get out and enjoy the great outdoors on National Disc Golf Day, the first Saturday of August! This day celebrates the popular sport of disc golf, which has been around since 1976. It's a fun and exciting game that combines frisbee throwing with traditional golf rules. You can play it in your own backyard or at a nearby disc golf course. The object is to throw your disc into a target, such as a basket, with as few throws as possible. So grab your friends and family and head out for some fun in the sun this National Disc Golf Day!
