International Client's Day was created in 2010 by Lithuanian entrepreneur Filip Borcov and business associates in Klaipeda, Lithuania, who realized there was no day dedicated to clients. In 2020, Borcov advocated before the Seimas of Lithuania for its inclusion in memorial days, gaining support from 57 members.
