Free Target Shooting with Valid License
On National Hunting and Fishing Day (September 26), visitors with a valid Utah hunting, fishing, or combination license can enjoy free target shooting at either the Lee Kay Public Shooting Range in Salt Lake City or the Cache Valley Public Shooting Range in Logan. One free round of trap, skeet, or five-stand sporting clays included.
Free Freshwater Fishing License
On National Hunting and Fishing Day (Saturday, September 26), the New York State DEC is waiving the $25 freshwater fishing license fee for all residents and non-residents. No license required to fish; all other fishing regulations still apply.
